Self-esteem means knowing you are the dream.

If you come to fame not understanding who you are, it will define who you are. It shouldn't change you. If you're a jerk, you just get to be a bigger jerk. What fame does is magnify who you are and puts that on a platter for the whole world to see.

If something feels right, I do it. If it feels wrong, I don't. It's really very, very simple, but you've got to be willing to take your chances doing stuff that may look crazy to other people - or not doing something that looks right to others but just feels wrong to you.

I believe that education is freedom. It provides the tools to affect one's own destiny.

I've never listened to jazz. It's just not something I ever paid attention to.

What I know for sure is that what you give comes back to you.

You have to be responsible for the energy you're putting out into the world.
