Let us remember Paul VI's words: "For the Catholic Church, no one is a stranger, no one is excluded, no one is far away" (Homily for the closing of the Second Vatican Council, 8 December 1965). Indeed, we are a single human family that is journeying on toward unity, making the most of solidarity and dialogue among peoples in the multiplicity of differences.
Pope FrancisThe youth say stupid things and they say good things, as we do, as everyone does. But hear them, speak with them, because we must learn from them and they must learn from me, from us.

Pope FrancisDear young people, don't be afraid to marry. A faithful and fruitful marriage will bring you happiness.
Pope FrancisLet us pray for peace in Africa, especially in the Central African Republic and in South Sudan.
Pope FrancisHuman beings are themselves considered consumer goods to be used and then discarded. We have created a โdisposableโ culture which is now spreading. It is no longer simply about exploitation and oppression, but something new. Exclusion ultimately has to do with what it means to be a part of the society in which we live; those excluded are no longer societyโs underside or its fringes or its disenfranchised โ they are no longer even a part of it. The excluded are not the โexploitedโ but the outcast, the โleftoversโ.
