It is the Paraclete Spirit, the "Comforter", who grants us the courage to take to the streets of the world, bringing the Gospel! The Holy Spirit makes us look to the horizon and drive us to the very outskirts of existence in order to proclaim life in Jesus Christ. Let us ask ourselves: do we tend to stay closed in on ourselves, on our group, or do we let the Holy Spirit open us to mission?

Have the courage to go against the tide of current values that do not conform to the path of Jesus.

Seeking happiness in material things is a sure way of being unhappy.

Among our tasks as witnesses to the love of Christ is that of giving a voice to the cry of the poor.

A population that does not take care of the elderly and of children and the young has no future, because it abuses both its memory and its promise.

We need to be creative with young people. If they have no opportunities, they will get into drugs and be vulnerable to suicide.
