Jesus speaks in the silence of the mystery of the Eucharist and reminds us each time that following him means going out of ourselves and making our lives not something we 'possess,' but a gift to him and to others.

We learn many virtues in our Christian families. Above all, we learn to love, asking nothing in return.

We are not alone. We have many brothers who in this moment of catastrophe came to help. And we too, because of this, we feel more like brothers and sisters because we helped each other.

There can be no renewal of our relationship with nature without a renewal of humanity itself.

Don’t be afraid to ask God for forgiveness. He never tires of forgiving us. God is pure mercy.

We must overcome...all forms of racism. The problem of intolerance should be dealt with as a whole: every time a minority is persecuted and marginalized...the good of the whole society is in danger.

During Lent, let us find concrete ways to overcome our indifference.
