Christ is still in Christmas, and for one brief season the secular world broadcasts the message of Christ over every radio station and television channel in the land. Never does the church get as much free air time as during the Christmas season.

We have a tendency to think of GOD being glorified only in the manifestation of his mercy----- He is just as glorified by His justice.

The one place where the Christian can be naked without fear is in the presence of Christ.

Holiness provokes hatred. The greater the holiness, the greater the human hostility toward it. It seems insane. No man was ever more loving than Jesus Christ. Yet even His love made people angry. His love was a perfect love, a transcendent and holy love, but HIs very love brought trauma to people. This kind of love is so majestic we can't stand it.

It has been said by church historians that in those periods of Christian history where renewal, revival, and awakening took place and the church was at its strongest, that coincidental with those periods in church history, there was a strong focus on the psalms in the life of God's people-particularly in the worship of God's people.

Disciples of Christ abide in His Word. Those who abide in His Word know the truth and are free.

Doctrine divides, but doctrine also unites. It binds together the hearts of God's people who celebrate the truth of God together.
