I want us all to get healthier, but also to live life to the fullest along the way. I want people to live their lives no matter what.

I don't let negative attitudes and meanness from other people keep me from living my life.

I write down everything I eat and count the calories so I don't go over a certain amount. Everyone should do this if they are dieting or not. I think we all would be shocked by it.
