We need patient people who are able to endure the toughest disciplines.

When wholeheartedly we help someone, when in a natural and spontaneous way we care for the tree and water the flowers in the garden even though no one required us, there is authentic generosity, genuine sympathy, true love.

We should cultivate the serenity, because in the substance of sincerity germinate the most beautiful flowers of the Spirit.

When consciousness has awakened it is not something sensational or spectacular. It's simply a reality as natural as the one of a tree that has growth slowly and developed without starts or sensational stuffs. Nature is Nature.

The experiences of life must be transformed into true comprehension.

The human society is the extension of the individual. Therefore, if we really want a radical change, if we want a better world, we need to change individually.
