Zen is not some fancy, special art of living. Our teaching is just to live, always in reality, in its exact sense. To make our effort, moment after moment, is our way.

Each one of us must make his own true way, and when we do, that way will express the universal way.

Moment after moment, completely devote yourself to listening to your inner voice.

Without accepting the fact that everything changes, we cannot find perfect composure. But unfortunately, although it is true, it is difficult for us to accept it. Because we cannot accept the truth of transience, we suffer.

Religion is not any particular teaching. Religion is everywhere.

There is no need to have a deep understanding of Zen.
