Knowledge gives power. In practice it is very simple. To control yourself, know yourself.

When all names and forms have been given up, the real is with you. You need not seek it.

When I look beyond the mind, I see the witness. Beyond the witness, there is infinite intensity of emptiness and silence.

To be a living being is not the ultimate state; there is something [the Reality] beyond, much more wonderful, which is neither being nor non-being, neither living nor not-living. It is a state of Pure Awareness, beyond the limitations of space and time.
