So okay - there you are in your room with the shade down and the door shut and the plug pulled out of the base of the telephone. Stephen KingI don't make movies. I don't feel that I have to have artistic control. Part of this comes from the fact that the book lives on no matter what Hollywood does to your novel in terms of a film. Stephen KingI felt lonely and content at the same time. I believe that is a rare kind of happiness.
Stephen KingI think what you do is, you keep your sensors open. And it's - the more that you do the job, the more you come to understand in a kind of intuitive way that you're always - you know, your radar is on. And the thing is going around and around and around. And it's not picking up any blips.
