You can't just ask customers what they want and then try to give that to them. By the time you get it built, they'll want something new.

What this means is that people are seeing a stable business, which is good, and a business that is in control, which is also good.

Literally, you know, 7 days a week, a lot of hours every day. And it actually is a wonderful thing to do, because you can get a lot done. But you can't do it forever, and you don't want to do it forever, and you have to come up with ways of figuring out what the most important things are and working with other people even more.

And it comes from saying no to 1,000 things to make sure we don't get on the wrong track or try to do too much. We're always thinking about new markets we could enter, but it's only by saying no that you can concentrate on the things that are really important.

Everyone here has the sense that right now is one of those moments when we are influencing the future.
