I try not to eat processed foods, well, ever. If it comes from a lab or a factory, I don't want it.

Sports was my entire life as long as I can remember.

For joy, I live by the mantra of surrounding yourself with people who make your life better... people who enhance your life and motivate you to be the best version of yourself. It's not always easy, but I've had to make a conscious effort to remove people who are a lot of work and drain my energy...you know, those energy suckers we each have in our lives.

Be relentless in pursuing your happiness.

The reason I went to an all-boys Catholic school was because they had the best football team. We won the state championship my junior year. It was super-competitive. We lost in the semifinals my senior year, and it still haunts me.

Doubt is probably the biggest obstacle to overcome. Once you rise above doubt, you are on your way to success.

I have no interest in putting stuff in my body that's made in a lab.
