How does Satan accuse us? By causing us to look at our sin rather than our Savior.

The gospel is this: We are more sinful and flawed in ourselves than we ever dared believe, yet at the very same time we are more loved and accepted in Jesus Christ than we ever dared hope.

The gospel has two parts. It has the part that says you're a sinner, and it has the part that says you're loved and accepted.

If you add anything to Jesus as a requirement for being happy, that's your real king.
