Focus on where you want to go, not on what you fear.

Success leaves clues. Go figure out what someone who was successful did, and model it. Improve it, but learn their steps. They have knowledge.

The only problem we really have is we think we're not supposed to have problems! Problems call us to higher level- - face & solve them now!

Find a great role model, perhaps someone who struggled and only really succeeded when older. Their biography and what they've done differently from you will help you. If such a person is willing to mentor you or at least allow you to work around them, great.

Effective leaders know that resources are never the problem; it's always a matter or resourcefulness.

When people 'succeed' they tend to party, when they 'fail' they tend to ponder.
