Tricia HelferI need to get better at learning how to stay calm. I'm a bit of a worrier and a stress cadet. Yoga helps me to some degree, but I haven't been able to figure out meditation yet. I have a feeling it would be very good for me, but unfortunately, I'm still holding it all in until I explode part of my life.
Tricia HelferI eat vegetarian. I am just drawn to clean eating, and although I do not deprive myself of sweets or French fries once in a while, my body just feels better if I give it good fuel to work with.
Tricia HelferFor me, relaxing is going on a 10-mile hike. When I have time off, I like to be at home and spend time with my animals, and things like that.I'm not the girl that goes out for facials, and manicures and pedicures, all the time. I wish I did. It would be better for me, but I get annoyed.
