In fact, everything that emanates from source emanates from a source of well-being. When we take on this ego consciousness, when we take on hate rather than love in our hearts, we create all of this divisiveness, and we create all of the problems, the struggles, the difficulties, the diseases, the poverty.

All the great teachers have left a similar message: Go within, discover your invisible higher self and know God as the love that is within you.

The purpose of life is to be happy. I don't think it's any more complicated than that. It's also important not to interfere with anybody else's right to do the same. We just need to practice that. It's the Golden Rule.

We are not a body with a soul, but a soul with a body. When the body dies the soul returns to the source.

Your soul - that inner quiet space - is yours to consult. It will always guide you in the right direction.

The fear of not having enough prevents many from seeing that they already are enough.

What comes out of you when you are squeezed is what is inside of you.
