Every morning, in your first view of the day, you have the choice to say, 'Good morning, God' or 'Good God, morning.'

We can only give away to others what we have inside ourselves.

God is like the ocean and we're like that glass of water. We try to sustain life and do all that the source tells us that we are capable of doing, but if we do it alone, we wither away and collapse instead.

If others hurt you, let the injury go. This is your test. If you let it go, you will find serenity.

You can sit there forever, lamenting about how bad you've been, feeling guilty until you die, and not one tiny slice of that guilt will do anything to change a single thing in the past. Forgive yourself, then MOVE ON!

Beware of the temptation to see yourself as unfairly treated.

It's an enormous opportunity to get a message out to people who may be less likely to read and listen to CDs - to people who would otherwise not be exposed to the most important teachings on the planet. These teachings are about how can we get along and survive as a people - how we can love each other, be kind and decent, serve each other, and be compassionate. Unfortunately, there aren't many messages like that in the popular culture.
