Popular quotes about Citizens! Wisdom and inspiration are here!
What's important to remember politically about this, is if youโre a state and you donโt set up an Exchange, that means your citizens donโt get their tax credits. But your citizens still pay the taxes that support this bill. So youโre essentially saying to your citizens, youโre going to pay all the taxes to help all the other states in the country. But I do not feel that I and my fellow citizens have a religious duty to sacrifice our lives in war on behalf of our own state, and, a fortiori, I do not feel that we have an obligation or a right to kill and maim citizens of other states or to devastate their land.
Arnold J.
