You are always free to choose what you do first, what you do second, and what you do not do at all

Every positive change in your life begins with a clear, unequivocaldecision that you are going to either do something or stop doing something.

I think the critical thing is the product or service that you're trying to raise money for. And probably the best description of that, people should say when they hear, "This is what I want to do. This is what I want to bring to the market." They should say, "Gee! That's a great idea" or "Gee! Why hasn't somebody else thought of that before? Well, that's an incredible idea!" In other words, the more a person is delighted, or astonished, or happy with your product, or service, or idea, the more happy they are to put up money for it.

The difference between the top performers and the average or mediocre performers is not a great, massive difference. It is just a tiny difference because the top performers do things just a tiny bit.

Make a game of finding something positive in every situation. Ninety-five percent of your emotions are determined by how you interpret events to yourself.

Expect wonderful things to happen to you. Get up each morning and say; 'I believe something wonderful is going to happen to me today.'

Relationships are the hallmark of the mature person.
