When you fight, if it is a real fight, use every tool that you have, use your whole body. Use your fists, your legs, your fingers, your head if you have to, and hit them in every vulnerable spot, the balls, the eyes etc. to win.

Recognizing that the power of will is the supreme court over all other departments of my mind, I will exercise daily when I need the urge to act for any purpose; and I will form habits designed to bring the power of my will into action at least once daily.

Give recognition where it is due. Compliments stimulate more effort and desire to improve. Be generous with honest praising.

Remember no man is really defeated unless he is discouraged.

Like everyone else, you want to learn the way to win, but never to accept the way to lose - to accept defeat. To learn to die is to be liberated from it. So when tomorrow comes you must free your ambitious mind and learn the art of dying!

To be what I term a 'quality' human being one has to be transparently real and have the courage to be what he is.

Sincere thought means thought of concentration (quiet awareness). The thought of a distracted mind cannot be sincere
