You are the effect of your story, that's all.

It's for each of us to look at what we really do believe - what our belief system really consists of.

Fear is blind. There are some options in it, but they're very limited as compared to the options available to the fearless mind.

Until you can love what is - everything, including the apparent violence and craziness - you're separate from the world, and you'll see it as dangerous and frightening.
