The last couple of years were hell. Like, I can't even tell you, it was so hard. I didn't know how to handle it. But I think I'm in a much better place now, because I stepped away for a second and took a breath. Hollywood is a funny place. It offers so much, but it can also take a lot away from you.

Even if I loved the script, the director has to be right because it's all about the filmmaker. It's their vision. They're the ones that go back into the editing room and reassemble the film.

There's something about moonlight on the body and things happening sort of free and open. Outdoors is something I'm totally game and down for.

When things are meant to come together, they come together.

Usually, when it's a story about three women all being involved with the same man, it ends in some eyeballs being scratched out and some weaves being snatched off.

I was like, "Excuse me, guys. My ass is going to be facing this way. Do you mind maybe just standing over there during this take because something is going to happen."

I had many years where I just worked from film to film to film. And then all of a sudden I went: "Where did I put my bags down? Where's my little place I call home?"
