Some people get the impression that Buddhism talks too much about suffering. In order to become prosperous, a person must initially work very hard, so he or she has to sacrifice a lot of leisure time. Similarly, the Buddhist is willing to sacrifice immediate comfort so that he or she can achieve lasting happiness.

Not only can I not recall my experiences in my previous lives, sometimes I can't even remember what I did yesterday.

There is soul music, soul food, and soul love.

Mutual respect is the foundation of genuine harmony.

Human beings will continue to deceive and overpower one another. Basically, everyone exists in the very nature of suffering, so to abuse or mistreat each other is futile. The foundation of all spiritual practice is love. That you practice this well is my only request.

Our attitude towards suffering becomes very important because it can affect how we cope with suffering when it arises.

Pain can change you, but that doesn't mean it has to be a bad change. Take that pain and turn it into wisdom.
