The easiest thing any of us can do is give up. It doesn't matter how many no's you go through.

I've never felt like I was in the cookie business. I've always been in a feel good feeling business. My job is to sell joy. My job is to sell happiness. My job is to sell an experience.

I love to nurture, I love to help people. I love to brainstorm. I like to mentor.

I believe the only limitations are the ones that we accept.

When you're taking care of the customer, you can never do too much. And there is no wrong way... if it comes from the heart.

There are people out there who want to say yes. That gave me confidence to keep asking.
