All of our suffering in life is from saying we want one thing and doing another.

It takes a warrior's courage to acknowledge that your point of view matters, that your truth matters, that your gifts matter, and that your presence on this earth matters. You don’t have to earn this right; it’s yours as part of your birthright.

When divine consciousness enters, the shift occurs and you will be engulfed by what will feel like the greatest love imaginable – a love in which your soul realigns with your spirit and they meet together as one.

There is not one life that doesn’t add tremendous value to the whole. Somewhere inside of us we know this to be true; we hear the call to head in the direction of this bigger life.

If you ask the Universe to be your partner and guide you on the path to wholeness, it will oblige.

We and we alone have the power to change our lives, and we can choose to do so at any moment.

To get past your ego and its defenses you need to get quiet, be brave, and listen to your inner voices....When you embrace the messages of each aspect of your shadow, you begin to take back the power you’ve given to others and form a bond of trust with your authentic self.
