Don't censor incoming data through denial.

Your body, which is very physical, is under the influence of your thoughts, your feelings, your emotions, your dreams, your fantasies, your desires, your instincts, your drives, your imagination. All these things orchestrate themselves - all these internal activities that are in the invisible domain that we call consciousness actually have very precise physical effects both in our biology, but they also influence our perception of the world.

If you have your attention on what is see its fullness in every moment you will discover the dance of the divine in every leaf in every petal in every blade of grass in every rainbow in every rushing stream in every breath of every living being. ...beyond memory and judgement lies the ocean of universal consciousness.

From a pure heart anything can be accomplished. If you ask what the universe is doing, it is eavesdropping on your every desire.

Bring into your mind anyone against whom you have a grievance and let it go. Send that person your forgiveness.

The mind loves whatever repeats a pleasurable experience from the past. "I love this" basically means "I love repeating what felt so good before".
