Don't censor incoming data through denial.

Instead of asking "what’s the problem?" ask "what's the creative opportunity?

I can give you high blood pressure just on the phone by criticizing you. On the other hand, I can send a tweet to somebody in China and give them a dopamine hit.

Every experience in life changes the brain's anatomy.

Remember, whatever we put our attention on expands in our experience, so consider where you are focusing your time and energy.

The joy in what I do is mostly creativity. I think creativity is an ecstatic impulse that we all have. And there's nothing more joyful than having a moment of creative insight and actually creating, or rather manifesting or incarnating your creative insight into actual, physical reality.

That I am not my experiences is very obvious. I am the one who is having those experiences. Spirituality has nothing to do with experience.
