Prejudice of any kind implies that you are identified with the thinking mind. It means you don't see the other human being anymore, but only your own concept of that human being. To reduce the aliveness of another human being to a concept is already a form of violence.

Only when you've truly had enough suffering in your life, are you able to say ' I don't need it anymore'.

Whatever the ego seeks and gets attached to are substitutes for the Being that it cannot feel.

Consciousness is not personal. Human consciousness is just an expression of universal consciousness, which pervades the entire universe.

Stillness is your essential nature.

Accept the present moment without judgement.

Ask yourself: Is there joy, ease and lightness in what i'm doing? If there isn't then time is covering up the present moment, and life is perceived as a burden or a struggle.
