This is the most exciting study there is. It is the only thing I know of in life that makes you feel consistently better, whether it's success or failure, whether they love you or hate you.

You are separate from the universe, therefore you experience it.

Self-realization is a strange term. You don't actually realize your 'self'. If anything, you go away. The caterpillar enters the cocoon of meditation: A butterfly emerges - metamorphosis.

The world won't necessarily change but your understanding of it will, and therefore the world will change. Your attention will no longer be confined to the physical body and the physical world.

There are chakras in the hands; you've seen me use those quite frequently when I meditate. I project the shakti, the kundalini, through the chakras in the hands to people I meditate with.
