In reality, as any physicist will tell you, the physical world is made up of moving energy. All matter is energy.

You are separate from the universe, therefore you experience it.

Meditation is wondering. It is both wondering and wonder.

It's considered very, very bad karma, if I can cut to the chase, to take power from a teacher and not use it for something very positive.

Even after only several weeks of practicing meditation, you will begin to have more energy and be a little bit happier. Eventually, you will experience ecstasy and knowledge beyond the power of words to describe!

If you are serious about sports and athletics then you need to begin the discipline of mind. With the power of mind, almost anything can be accomplished.

Get real. Life is heavy. It's difficult. It's complex...even for the wise.
