It is impossible to move on to new states of mind unless you seek the forgiveness of those you've offended.

In Tantric Buddhism, we believe that Samsara is Nirvana. That is to say that everything in the universe is part of us. And we also are part of everything in the universe.

What we're seeking to do is internalize perception. Perception is very much involved with the senses and the mental processes and the emotional processes.

Learn how to focus - that creates a lot of power. Focus on a candle flame for 15 minutes or a pretty colored rock, or one point, or a chakra.

If you meditate and continue to have fun with yoga and Buddhism, you will amass knowledge and will move to a higher incarnation. In your next lifetime you will be much wiser, much happier.

The best things in life are free. Sunsets and sunrises are free. Air is free. Love is free. Death is free. The best things in life are free.

You might as well be perfect. There is really not all that much else to do here that is exciting.
