After the meditation session you have to be a little bit careful. If you start to think a lot of thoughts and become very active, you can prevent some of the meditative awareness from coming into your mind.

The United States has an incredible debt. That is obviously not the way to live. You have to eliminate waste in your life as the United States has to eliminate waste in its spending.

You reincarnate forever because you exist forever. You can't die. You can't be born, your essence that is. You are on a big wheel.

The astral is the supporting ground for the physical dimension.

The Buddhist mindset seeks to eliminate the self. That is to say, what we want to experience is life, not self. When there's less self and more life, we're very content, and when there's more self and less life we're quite unhappy.

We need a new imprinting. We need the imprinting of enlightenment, of freedom. That comes through our association with a higher being. So classically what occurs is that one meets a teacher.
