You don't force change; you just open yourself to its possibilities and let it work through you.

If you are seeking power and knowledge, you need to go to places that are healthy and happy and radiant. Avoid places that aren't.

Love is perhaps the strongest force in the universe. When you meditate with love, what you do is you feel love. Love is like a bird, you get on its back and you ride it up very high above the thought level.

You are moving in and out of different advanced states of mind through your practice of meditation and mindfulness. It's that level of excellence that gives you joy in life, not the fact that you won or lost.

The samsara is the sense of self. I've had past experiences. I'm aware of the moment. I will have future experiences.

Now, tantra is a little bit different than other forms of Buddhism because in tantra what we do is we use the sensorial worlds as access points or pathways to ineffability.

Self-realization: No ego, no desires, no weight problems, no tax forms, no death to die, no life to live.
