You don't force change; you just open yourself to its possibilities and let it work through you.

The teaching that we receive is not necessarily very accurate. The value systems that our cultures have developed are not every open. They are very restrictive. We live in an age that is not enlightened.

Sex is a highly personal matter, yet it seems to get more impersonal all the time. How do I feel about sex? I suppose it matters with whom.

Why become enlightened? Why join the military? Why get married? Why cross the ocean? It is a personal choice. There is something in a person that draws them to the light.

We have to push ourselves to stillness - to the natural state.

When we love others we see our oneness with others.

Kundalini is almost a misleading word, unless you define it as broadly as I do.
