You need to search your awareness and consider the limitless possibilities of existence in all things and not be so narrow-minded in your self-discovery.

Life isn't complicated. The reason it appears complicated to you is because you are in a very distorted state of mind. That's the basic premise of Buddhism - that you're in a very distorted state of mind.

In advanced practice there is a sense of commitment to the study. It is happy; it's never forced. It is a natural evolutionary process of an evolved being.

The way you dress is extremely important. It demonstrates your spirit. It's the guise through which the world evaluates and views you.

Spiritual balance is the principle that allows the mind to be still. You cannot expect the world to settle down, everything to work out, in order for you to be happy. You have to get control of your mind.

When you have grown accustomed to sitting and meditating, try to stop your thoughts. That's the bottom line in meditative practice.

It's certainly easy to meditate on top of a mountain, but one should be also able to meditate in the heart of the city.
