Outside of nirvana, the planes begin, the subtlest planes of light that vibrate fastest, all the way on down through the astral realms through the physical and so on.

Just remembering what you did in previous lives doesn't mean a thing. It's nice to remember that you had higher states of mind, but that won't necessarily get you there. It might even make things painful.

Reciprocity, a symbiotic relationship, is a relationship in which two people have worked out certain terms. I am using you in certain ways; you are using me in certain ways. That is a balanced relationship.

What you have done causes things to happen. Your situation in life now has been caused, is predicated upon, your previous actions. That is karma.

The third stage is no thought. No thought is not the end of meditation. It is the beginning of higher meditation.

The primary energy that is active in all things is kundalini. Kundalini energy is the energy of awareness. It can be used to modify awareness.

Keep a sense of humor, that keeps you balanced, and you'll do quite well with it all, I'm sure.
