You have got to get your power up and do something and not just sit around. Always be optimistic. Always be positive! And ignore those who aren't, because they're obviously confused, and out of touch with light.

When you abuse willpower you waste it. There really is not an infinite supply of it at your disposal. There is an infinite supply of it in the universe.

Spend time all day and all night monitoring your thoughts, constantly keeping them in a high plateau. Avoid places and people that pull your energy down.

It is much nicer to live in perfect mind, free from pain and agony. How painful it is to be unenlightened. Buddha called it "the nightmare of the day."

You're composed of an aggregate of different forms and energies, the samskaras. These are lines within your own being. When you go into samadhi, these lines dissolve gradually so you become less formed.

Your experiences in the causal dimensions will give you knowledge of time, space, dimensionality and what lies beyond all these things.

The spirit longs for the world of light from which it came. That longing causes something to happen. It causes the being to grow into light.
