Occasionally in my travels I meet people who have pushed too far into the nagual. These individuals are not too balanced but they have made great journeys in the unknown.

A person of knowledge and power never goes out looking for battles. All their battles are within.

The second stage of meditation begins when you can successfully stop thought for long periods of time. At this point you move beyond the awareness of this world.

Forever is not an idea or a concept, it is reality. All of the things here come from forever. We call forever nirvana in Zen.

Close the eyes, and focus on the third eye, the heart chakra, or the navel center. It is a good idea to alternate them.

Stop trying to figure it all. Why worry about it all so much? Why not just live? And then you die. And then you live again, unless, of course, you follow me.

The nagual gives you the unknown; it gives you reality; it leads you to the totality of yourself.
