Enlightenment is cumulative. You become a little more enlightened each day as you practice yoga and Buddhism.

To meditate with full effort, produces infinity, freedom.

The end of this world occurs when you move from one world into another, from one reality into another.

Unfortunately we've seen meditation insulted in a sense with the image of ritual. You have to dress a certain way, follow a certain type of lifestyle, all that sort of thing, very culty - and that, of course, has nothing to do with the practice whatsoever.

They have said this is a lower level. Ridiculous! They're really both the same light, just two different forms.

Mysticism is concerned primarily with moving our awareness field from the beginning of the band of perception, the human band, up to the enlightened bands of perception.

I just felt that it was my responsibility, since so many people had taken the time to help me along, to do the same for others.
