The strategy of winning is gaining personal power. There are no techniques to learn that will cause you to win. You need power, balance and wisdom to win and to learn from your loses.

In the Upanishads they talk about the path of the sun and the path of the moon. The path of the moon is rebirth. The path of the sun leads to self-knowledge, from which there is no return.

Their experiments caused them to destabilize the structure of the continent and thus Atlantis sank beneath the waves.

If suddenly you get depressed, it doesn't have to throw you. You can push those emotions aside. You can cultivate happy emotions or become emotionless when you need to be very sensitive.

Kring is the mantra of power. "Kring" should only be repeated when you are in deep meditation.

Self-discovery is a process of dissolution and creation. Dissolution means envelopment in eternity. Creation is bringing into focus new awareness

Meditation is not this kind of spacey stuff that makes it difficult to orient your life. If that's your experience of meditation, you're not meditating. You're tapping into the lower astral planes, which is not a healthy place for human beings to tap.
