Life is perception. We perceive through different parts of the body of the universe.

If you seek the realms of light, the best thing to do is to meditate with love and the gentle aliveness. Meditation should not be forced.

There is no reason not to love. There is no reason not to be joyous. There is no reason not to celebrate because all of this means nothing, absolutely nothing. So why not be happy?

You don't know why, but you know you have to go home. It's an eternal longing. It's Marvell's drop of dew wanting to go back to the sky. We're drawn by a force we don't understand, through worlds, through experience.

I'm not suggesting that everyone should meditate, far from it. Meditation is for very few individuals. I'm speaking of something that is a powerful experience.

In Tantric Zen it doesn't matter but it does ... .
