You gain power through practicing meditation and concentration. You gain power by doing anything you like that makes you feel good. You gain power by being happy.

You are new at every moment. You are an extension of the previous moment of your awareness. You can radically change, if you unhook yourself from what you have been.

You must constantly strive to enlarge your awareness. Naturally, if you do, you will have an uncommonly fine and happy life.

The power chakra is the navel center. The center of balance is the heart chakra; it's the center of our being. The third eye is the center of wisdom, the Agni chakra.

As you do your daily meditations, your life will change. Most people change between the ages of zero to four. The older we get the less we change. When we meditate we become perpetually young.

A part of us resists all of this and wants to make it sound as if it's much too religious, an arbitrary thing that we have to do with our life. This is nonsense. This is the real fun.

Life is endless reality. There is reality after reality, spinning on endlessly into the cosmos, billions and billions of manifest universes. Underlying all of this is the unmanifest, the absolute reality.
