You can live in the world and have all the myriad experiences that life has to offer and yoke your awareness field to the planes of light, and eventually to nirvana itself.

We want to know what our self is. We are the sky. Our thoughts are the birds that come and go. You can enjoy the birds and their beauty, but it is the sky that lasts.

The rhythm of life is give and take. It is necessary to put things back into the system. To not do that is to foul your own nest - to use up all the natural resources greedily.

There are many other chakras, or nadis as they are also called. There are chakras in the hands, fingertips, feet and a number of other areas.

Somewhere there is an essence. It is not a physical somewhere. There is no sense of world, of time and space. That is nirvana.

The smoke from the fire passes through the building and the soot affixes itself to the walls. The smoke passes through the air and keeps going - liberation.

Meditation essentially means having a great time.
