Our purpose in this life is to gain the view of ourselves; otherwise, we are total slaves to others who psychically drain us, abuse us.

It is a good idea to become involved with sports and athletics. It makes you strong. You need to be strong to deal with this world and the powers and forces that block enlightenment.

A Zen master is someone whose life is one with enlightenment and self-discovery. They can never be separated from that. They've been essentially mastered by Zen.

Meditation is the study of making the mind still. As your mind becomes still, a power enters you. This power transmogrifies your mind, it escalates your evolution and you begin to cycle through many incarnations in one lifetime.

You will be reborn. You will come from the inner to the outer again. This process goes on indefinitely.
