I observe many people who say they are meditating, but I sure don't see them meditating. They sit and touch a lot of people, places and things psychically, but they sure don't meditate.

You are not anyone or anything in particular. You are awareness itself. You don't have a particular form. You contain everything or you are contained by all things.

Learn to meditate. It's fun. It will give you a strong, wonderful mind.

What you focus on you become. So always focus on that which is highest, brightest, happiest and most noble of all things, enlightenment.

Without innocence, nothing can further, as they say in the I Ching.

Your experiences in the causal dimensions will give you knowledge of time, space, dimensionality and what lies beyond all these things.

It is only hard work that brings about results, doing things for others. Forget about your problems. Take responsibility for your life and make it into something beautiful in the midst of changing circumstances.
