In meditation, we are going back into the light. All our pain will be taken away, our frustration.

We have a body, but we also have a subtle body, a body of energy that looks like our physical body. The subtle physical body is made up of energy, of light that vibrates at a very high rate so the human physical eyes can't see it.

Laughing at fear is one of the best things you can do. When you are afraid, instead of just plunging into panic, laugh. The fear gets really uptight and leaves.

The samskaras that were developed in previous incarnations are usually hidden by the temporary amnesia of infancy and by the transient personality.
