The problem is with any practice is that it is a practice. That is why people don't win. The reason why people don't win is they get stuck in ideas, habits, and ways of seeing life.

The world is always chaos, but we pretend that it's not because it makes us feel better. In doing so we're able to go through it in a specific manner and form: That's the tonal.

Meditation is not for everybody. When you meditate you become conscious. Most people don't want to be too conscious because they are afraid of awareness, of death, and of being happy.

The world is wonderful. It is beautiful when you are in a correct level of attention.

There is no continuity at all. The universe isn't any particular way. It strictly depends upon perception.

Love more deeply and without the sense of what you love being your personal possession.

Nature is not something to conquer, but something to learn from or to merge with and be part of - to dance with, celebrate.
