Most martial arts have to do with the mind, ultimately. The ability to be unafraid, to walk away from a fight without fear - that is control.

Life is endless reality. There is reality after reality, spinning on endlessly into the cosmos, billions and billions of manifest universes. Underlying all of this is the unmanifest, the absolute reality.

What we are seeking to do is not melt the map of America. We are seeking to melt the self, the solid form that we consider ourselves to be.

Use power carefully. Don't be afraid to have it. Learn balance and wisdom in addition to the unlocking of the kundalini, if you wish to have a happy and enlightened life.

Focus on one point and hold your attention there. The mind will waiver, you'll think a million thoughts, but each time you do, bring your mind back to the point of concentration, seeing it visually.
