Eventually light prevails, you just have to be patient. So practice Buddhism, learn to be enlightened, put a smile on your face, go find a great teacher, meditate, and stay funny.

The more lives you have, the harder it is to change, yet the stronger you are. It's a kind of funny dichotomy.

What is will? It is a decision. It is a decision to be something. We really aren't anything in particular. We can be anything. That's the good news.

You can be locked away in prison and be free if your mind is not a prison. Or you can be walking around with lots of credit cards and be in a prison, the prison of your own mind, the prison of your illusions.

You can take the kundalini from the crown center and bring it down. You can bring it up or you can stabilize them both. When you stop breathing in meditation, the kundalini is stabilized.

If you meditate, then the real miracle is the transformation of your awareness field beyond the body. Beyond the body there are oceans of light, continents of light, universes of light. Meditation frees you from this world.

You need something. Not just to get through the day, but to get through the incarnation. You need to find that power, that perfect unity.
