Even the lucky ones, who do manage to become happy by attaining their goals, live each day in fear of losing whatever it is they may have gained.

With free will, we can modify, to a certain extent the chain of karma that has been set in motion by the karma of the previous moment. That is what free will really is, the ability to alter the sequence of karmic fate.

Will is developed in meditation. It is refined. It is within you, but you don't know how to get to it.

Focus your attention on the center of your stomach, in the area of your naval. Feel that this is an area of tremendous strength.

There are many universes, many dimensions. They are endless. Most of them are not particularly relevant for us. They won't help us. They won't make us happier.

You have to be very, very careful not to pick up too much of the lower energies, the toxic energies, because they'll make you very ill. They can kill you. They can cause cancer, debilitative diseases of all types.

In reality, as any physicist will tell you, the physical world is made up of moving energy. All matter is energy.
