If you wake up for a moment and look around at life, you will observe that nothing here lasts, nothing works out. There are no happy endings. All accomplishments are washed away by death or by the next moment.

Never be bored. Energy lives off of attention. When you are bored you get drained.

There are also places of power that reference the fourth and fifth chakras, which are places of balance, and places of power that reference the sixth and seventh chakras, which are places of wisdom.

The essence of all practice is to be cool. Life is not worth getting excited about because whatever you perceive is an illusion.

In the training process, the teacher addresses two sides of your being. One is the tonal and one is the nagual.

Not all teachers utilize both forms of light.In certain circles, those teachers who can manifest the light of samadhi but not the mystical light have put down the mystical light.

When you see that you are not the body, that the body comprises only a small fraction of the aggregate of your awareness, then death is no fear, life is no fear, there is no fear.
