The second stage of meditation begins when you can successfully stop thought for long periods of time. At this point you move beyond the awareness of this world.

Open up to the other dimensional planes so you can penetrate the mysteries of existence and enjoy the wonder of being, the wonder of being you.

Inside you is eternity. A human being is not so simple. We're told that we're Ted or Sally or Willie or whatever and that we grow up and have experiences. That has nothing to do with what life is. You are eternity.

If you want to be liberated, if you choose to be what I am, then you've chosen freedom. You can do this.

When you go into samadhi, either salvikalpa or nirvikalpa, what happens is you erase, you loosen, the aggregates. You simplify them.

Free will exists within each of us. Most people choose not to use their free will, so consequently they rarely alter their karmic patterns.

The teaching of the ten thousand states of mind, particularly as one advances further, is done through transmission. This is where we differ from teaching algebra or calculus.
